About ACDCForYou

ACDCForYou provides pre‑employment preparation, inclusive employment, and open employment opportunities designed specifically for neurodivergent young adults aged 16–30+. Our programs create a clear, inclusive pathway into real work by combining practical skill‑building, workplace experience, and individualised coaching that adapts to each person’s strengths, communication style, and sensory needs.

We focus on confidence, capability, and long‑term employability. Participants learn through hands‑on tasks, structured support, and real workplace expectations, without the pressure or overwhelm of mainstream employment services. Every pathway is personalised, from early skill development through to transitions into employment.

Our approach centres on:

  • Strengths‑based, neurodiversity‑affirming coaching

  • Real work experience through inclusive employment

  • Skill development tailored to each participant’s goals

  • Clear, achievable steps toward sustainable and inclusive employment

ACDCForYou helps neurodivergent young adults build the skills, experience, and confidence they need to thrive at work.

Program Testimonial

It's time for another #NDISFridayShoutOut!

Every Friday, I have the privilege of recognising someone whose vision, passion and commitment are making a genuine difference in the lives of people with disability.

This week's #NDISFridayShoutOut goes to someone who is creating opportunities where so many young people have previously found closed doors:

Natalie McLean - ACDCForYou Head Of Opportunity

Sometimes the greatest innovations aren't born from business plans.

They're born from lived experience.

Natalie's journey, much like my own, began with her family.

Through the challenges her family experienced, she saw first-hand how difficult it can be for neurodivergent young people to find meaningful pathways into education, employment and independence. Rather than accepting that reality, she chose to change it.

That's why ACDCForYou exists.

What impressed me most wasn't simply the program.

It was the vision behind it.

Natalie understands that many neurodivergent young people don't lack talent; they lack opportunity.

Too often, creative minds are expected to fit into systems that were never designed for them.

Instead of asking participants to adapt to the system, Natalie has created a program that adapts to the individual.

Through ACDCForYou, young people are supported to discover their strengths, build confidence, develop practical skills in digital design, marketing and the creative industries, and gain real workplace experience in an environment that understands their communication styles, sensory needs and executive functioning.

That's what makes this so special.

It's not simply teaching skills.

It's creating futures.

One of the things I admire most about Natalie is her ability to connect.

She listens. She understands. She sees potential where others often see barriers.
