Over the years, she ascended through various roles, from ,support worker, eading social connections programs to spearheading complex behaviour support initiatives.
Natalie's professional journey reflects her unwavering commitment to excellence. She transitioned seamlessly from care coordination to recruitment consultancy, leveraging her profound understanding of the sector to identify and nurture talent. As she advanced to senior leadership positions, her expertise expanded to encompass executive recruitment and development, with a specialised focus on the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS).
Beyond her remarkable career trajectory, Natalie's personal journey as a proud participant mum underscores her advocacy for individuals with disabilities. She is committed to championing quality care, empowering choice, and creating support systems for participants .
With a decade of experience as a dedicated career coach and mentor, Natalie possesses a unique blend of empathy and strategic insight. Her areas of specialty, including Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD), and Asperger's Syndrome, among others, reflect her nuanced understanding of neurodiversity.

Janice is a dynamic and passionate Senior Employment Coach at ACDCForYou, bringing extensive frontline nursing and disability case management experience to her role. With a strong background in healthcare, Janice has worked directly with individuals requiring complex care, fostering her ability to understand and support diverse needs. As an experienced Employment Partner, she has honed her skills in guiding individuals through career development and employment pathways. Known for her energetic personality and exceptional mentoring skills, Janice excels at building meaningful connections and fostering confidence in those she supports, helping adults with lived experience of disability unlock their potential and achieve their employment goals. Her dedication to creating inclusive opportunities makes her an invaluable part of the ACDCForYou team.
BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
Aaron
Aaron is a dynamic and passionate Business Development Manager with a unique perspective in the healthcare and disability services sectors. As a proud parent of four children, two of whom are participants in the NDIS system, Aaron brings an intimate understanding of the challenges and opportunities within disability services. This personal experience, combined with his own journey managing ADHD, has fuelled his dedication to making a positive impact in the lives of others.
With a diverse professional background spanning client services, business development, and customer relations, Aaron has honed his skills in relationship management, stakeholder engagement, and strategic planning. His career trajectory showcases a consistent growth pattern, starting from customer service roles and progressing to more specialised positions in the disability services sector.
Angus
Introducing Angus, a dynamic Digital Marketing Intern at ACDCForYou who brings creativity and fresh insight to the team. Having completed his Digital Media Certificate, Angus is skilled in developing engaging content and promoting the business across various digital platforms. His expertise includes managing social media channels, crafting innovative marketing campaigns, and analysing digital performance to maximize audience engagement.
Angus’s journey to this role was marked by perseverance and resilience. After facing challenges in transitioning from secondary school to the workforce, his determination led him to the right opportunity at ACDCForYou. Now, Angus is making the most of his internship, utilising his digital marketing skills to support the company’s growth and success.

Patrick
Patrick is an Administration and Marketing intern at ACDCForYou, currently in his final year of a Bachelor of Business with a major in Marketing. He brings a strong foundation in customer service, developed through years of experience in retail and support roles. Alongside this, Patrick has practical experience in marketing and digital design, contributing to various projects that enhance brand presence and engagement.
Patrick leads the digital marketing campaigns at ACDCForYou, driving strategy and execution to maximise reach and impact across multiple platforms. Known for his enthusiasm, dedication, and supportive approach, he consistently fosters a positive work environment. His strong work ethic, compassion, and sense of humour make him a valued and reliable member of the team.
EMPLOYMENT COACH INTERN
Billie
Billie has joined our 12-month Employment Consultant Apprenticeship Program, where she is undergoing extensive training and mentoring in employment supports while pursuing her Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability). This program equips apprentices with the skills to deliver person-centered care, foster independence, and support individuals with disabilities in achieving their employment goals.
With over four years of experience in customer service and leadership roles across multiple sectors, Billie brings a wealth of transferable skills to her role. Her strong work ethic, approachable temperament, and dynamic personality align seamlessly with the company’s mission to nurture growth and excellence among employment consultants entering the NDIS sector. Billie is committed to supporting participants in achieving sustainable employment outcomes, building inclusive workplaces, and making a meaningful impact in the disability support field.
