Inclusive Futures Digital Marketing

Pre-Employment Program

A neurodiversity-affirming pathway for young people aged 16–30

  • Our Inclusive Futures Digital Marketing Pre-Employment Program is designed specifically for neurodivergent and mental-health-impacted young people who want to build confidence, develop real-world skills, and prepare for meaningful employment — at their own pace, in a supportive environment that understands them.

This program is available to young people on the NDIS (Capacity Building – Finding & Keeping a Job / Increased Social & Community Participation) and is delivered in a way that adapts to each participant’s sensory needs, communication style, and executive functioning profile.

Participants attend 5 hours per week, combining group learning, individual coaching, and hands-on digital design and marketing projects.

    What Makes This Program Unique

Young neurodivergent people often feel overwhelmed or misunderstood in mainstream employment programs. Our approach is different, and intentionally designed for the youth neuro community. We offer:

    · Neurodiversity-affirming content created specifically for autistic, ADHD, dyslexic, PDA, and otherwise neurodivergent young people

    · Low-pressure, flexible delivery with sensory-friendly options and pacing adjustments

    · Executive functioning support embedded into every session

    · Digital design and marketing training that builds real, creative skills

    · A personalised creative portfolio developed across the program

    · A trauma-informed, youth-friendly environment where participants feel safe, respected, and understood

    · Coaches with deep expertise in neurodiversity, mental health, digital design, and youth development

This is not a generic job-seeker course, it’s a creative, empowering, identity-affirming pathway that honours each young person’s strengths, challenges, and goals.

Digital Design & Marketing Component

    • A core feature of the program is our hands-on digital design and marketing stream. Each module includes both:

      1. Information and skill-building, and

      2. A creative design task, completed by the participant.

      Across the program, participants create:

      · Social media graphics

      · Posters and digital flyers

      · Personal branding elements

      · Visual communication pieces

      · Strengths-based self-advocacy graphics

      · Workplace communication templates

      · A final creative showcase

These pieces form a personalised creative portfolio that reflects each participant’s:

      · Learning

      · Comprehension

      · Growth

      · Identity

      · Strengths

      · Communication style

This portfolio becomes a powerful tool for job applications, interviews, and self-advocacy — and gives participants something tangible to be proud of.
