Our NDIS Participant Pre-Employment Program is designed to empower individuals with disabilities to confidently enter the workforce. Through a series of free, short-course training modules, participants gain practical skills, workplace knowledge, and personal development tools tailored to their unique needs.

NDIS Digital Marketing Pre Employment Program


ACDCForYou delivers a tailored NDIS Pre-Employment Program for creative participants interested in digital design, media, arts, music, singing, and gaming.

    • Program duration 3–5 hours per week over 13 weeks, funded through NDIS core or capacity building supports

    • Program sessions facilitated by digital marketing and intern coaches every Monday, 10am–2pm

    • Face to face delivery at our Footscray Office

    • Virtual Delivery (online participants join the face to face group as one large creative team)

    • Hands-on learning in content creation, digital design, social media marketing, and campaign planning

    • Teams create weekly marketing content for TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Instagram under coach supervision

    • Program Builds employment skills: teamwork, communication, digital literacy, time management, creative problem-solving

    • 1:1 and Group virtual pre-employment modules:
