    Beyond leading digital marketing campaigns, Patrick has played a pivotal role in building the company website, establishing social media platforms, and developing the employee intranet. He manages technology training and access for staff, ensuring everyone is equipped to succeed in a digital environment. EMPLOYEE EXPERIENCE COACH

  • Aaron is the Pre-Employment Experience Coach responsible for overseeing both the intake and referral processes for new participants, as well as enhancing the overall employee experience within the organisation. With a strong professional background in client services and customer relations, Aaron has developed exceptional skills in relationship management and stakeholder engagement. His career demonstrates a consistent pattern of growth, starting from foundational customer service roles and advancing into specialised positions within the disability sector. This breadth of experience allows Aaron to create welcoming and supportive environments for both participants and employees, ensuring smooth transitions and positive first impressions.

    On a personal level, Aaron brings a unique and empathetic perspective to his role, shaped by his life as a parent of four children, two of whom are NDIS participants. This firsthand experience gives him an intimate understanding of the challenges and opportunities faced by families and individuals navigating the disability system. Additionally, his own journey managing ADHD deepens his commitment to supporting others, ensuring that every participant and employee feels understood, valued, and empowered from their very first interaction.

Angus

Having completed his qualifications in disability and community services, Fraser offers a unique peer perspective, drawing on both lived experience and a deep understanding of the challenges faced by those entering the workforce.

    With a background in extensive frontline customer service, Fraser excels at connecting with people and meeting them where they are. His creativity as a writer and photographer brings a fresh, engaging approach to every session.

    Fraser’s supportive and energetic style helps empower others to discover their strengths and pursue realistic pathways to success. Through sharing his own story and providing practical strategies, he equips NDIS participants not just with job-ready confidence, but with an inspired mindset for achieving meaningful outcomes in life.

  • With over four years of experience in customer service and leadership roles across multiple sectors, Billie brings a wealth of transferable skills to her role as Pre-Employment Coach. Her strong work ethic, approachable temperament, and dynamic personality align seamlessly with the company’s mission to nurture growth and excellence. Billie is committed to supporting the business operations and participants while completing her Bachelor of Nursing.

Monica

PRE-EMPLOYMENT COACH

  • Monica is a dedicated Pre‑Employment Coach at ACDCForYou, committed to empowering individuals as they prepare to enter or re‑enter the workforce. Currently in her third year of a Biomedicine degree, Monica combines academic insight with real‑world experience to support her clients in building confidence, job readiness, and practical skills.

    She brings extensive frontline supervision experience and a proven background in training and supporting children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), where her patience, communication skills, and tailored approach have made a meaningful difference. Monica’s blend of empathy, structure, and goal‑driven coaching helps participants develop the tools they need to thrive in the workplace and beyond.
