With a strong professional background in client services and customer relations, Aaron has developed exceptional skills in relationship management and stakeholder engagement. His career demonstrates a consistent pattern of growth, starting from foundational customer service roles and advancing into specialised positions within the disability sector. This breadth of experience allows Aaron to create welcoming and supportive environments for both participants and employees, ensuring smooth transitions and positive first impressions.

On a personal level, Aaron brings a unique and empathetic perspective to his role, shaped by his life as a parent of four children, two of whom are NDIS participants. This firsthand experience gives him an intimate understanding of the challenges and opportunities faced by families and individuals navigating the disability system.
