Inclusive Futures Digital Marketing Employment Program
A neurodiversity-affirming employment pathway for young people aged 16–30
The Inclusive Futures Digital Marketing Employment Program is a specialised employment pathway designed for neurodivergent and mental-health-impacted young people who want to build real-world digital skills, gain confidence, and step into meaningful, supported employment.
Participants work in a safe, strengths-based environment where communication styles, sensory needs, and executive functioning differences are understood and respected. This is employment designed for neurodivergent young people, not adapted after employment commences.
Program Structure
Participants are employed at their designated IEA benchmark hours;
· 8 hours per week
· 15 hours per week
Delivery is flexible and accessible:
· Virtual attendance from anywhere in Australia
· Face-to-face sessions at our Melbourne office
· National access through IEA provider offices, where participants can attend onsite and stream into sessions
This ensures young people across Australia can participate in a way that feels safe, supported, and manageable.
