Natalie McLean is the Head of Opportunity at ACDCForYou, bringing more than 40 years of leadership across the Disability, Mental Health, Healthcare, Recruitment sectors. Known for her ability to identify potential where others see barriers, Natalie leads the strategic growth, partnerships, and opportunity development that drive ACDCForYou’s creative employment pathways for neurodivergent young people.
Natalie’s career began as a disability support worker, where her commitment to person‑centred practice and advocacy was shaped. Over time, she progressed through roles in care coordination, complex behaviour support, workforce development, and executive recruitment, building a rare combination of operational expertise, sector knowledge, and human‑centred leadership.
Her personal experience as a proud participant mum deepens her understanding of the challenges families face navigating the NDIS. This lived insight fuels her mission to create genuine, meaningful opportunities for young people with ADHD, OCD, Asperger’s Syndrome, and other neurodivergent experiences.
As Head of Opportunity, Natalie oversees strategic partnerships, program expansion, employer engagement, and the development of opportunity pipelines for ACDCForYou’s youth design and employment programs. Her leadership ensures ACDCForYou continues to grow, evolve, and deliver life‑changing outcomes for participants across Australia.

MANAGING DIRECTOR OPERATIONS

With 30 years of experience in operations, workforce management, and strategic leadership in logistics, warehousing and aged / disability sectors, Grant is a results-driven General Manager of Operations at ACDCForYou. His expertise spans procurement, budgeting, contract and vendor management, process re-engineering, health and safety, auditing and compliance.

Grant is known for his strong communication skills, ability to build productive relationships, and a proven record of leading multi-disciplinary teams through organisational change and growth.
Grant’s hands-on approach to identifying new opportunities, driving participant engagement, and implementing innovative growth initiatives positions the business for sustainable expansion and continued success. Grant’s ability to analyse complex challenges, deliver tailored operational plans, and create a culture of continuous improvement ensures that ACDCForYou remains agile, competitive, and responsive to the evolving needs of the community.

MANAGER OF EMPLOYMENT SERVICES

Janice is a dynamic and passionate Senior Employment Coach at ACDCForYou, bringing extensive frontline nursing and disability case management experience to her role. With a strong background in healthcare, Janice has worked directly with individuals requiring complex care, fostering her ability to understand and support diverse needs. As an experienced Employment Partner, she has honed her skills in guiding individuals through career development and employment pathways. Known for her energetic personality and exceptional mentoring skills, Janice excels at building meaningful connections and fostering confidence in those she supports, helping adults with lived experience of disability unlock their potential and achieve their employment goals. Her dedication to creating inclusive opportunities makes her an invaluable part of the ACDCForYou team.
