NDIS YOUTH SUPPORTED EMPLOYMENT

Digital Design & Marketing Pathways for Neurodivergent Young People (Ages 17–30)

ACDCForYou provides a structured, neurodiversity‑affirming NDIS Supported Employment Program designed specifically for young people who are creative, digitally minded, and seeking a safe, supported pathway into real employment.

This program mirrors the foundations of our Inclusive Futures Program and expands on it by offering 1–2 years of supported employment at 6 hours per week, paid at SCHADS Award Level 1 Pay Point 1 wages plus superannuation and accrued pro‑rata leave entitlements, and includes completion of an Advanced Certificate in Digital Design & Media with flexible online delivery and specialised coaching support.

Our model is built for participants who thrive in creative environments, including artists, musicians, writers, content creators, designers, editors, animators, and digital storytellers.
