    Natalie's professional journey reflects her unwavering commitment to excellence. She transitioned seamlessly from care coordination to recruitment consultancy, leveraging her profound understanding of the sector to identify and nurture talent. As she advanced to senior leadership positions, her expertise expanded to encompass executive recruitment and development, with a specialised focus on the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS).

    Beyond her remarkable career trajectory, Natalie's personal journey as a proud participant mum underscores her advocacy for individuals with disabilities. She is committed to championing quality care, empowering choice, and creating support systems for participants .

    With a decade of experience as a dedicated career coach and mentor, Natalie possesses a unique blend of empathy and strategic insight. Her areas of specialty, including Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD), and Asperger's Syndrome, among others, reflect her nuanced understanding of neurodiversity.

Grant

GENERAL MANAGER OPERATIONS

  • With 30 years of experience in operations, workforce management, and strategic leadership in logistics, warehousing and aged / disability sectors, Grant is a results-driven General Manager of Operations at ACDCForYou. His expertise spans procurement, budgeting, contract and vendor management, process re-engineering, health and safety, auditing and compliance. 

     

    Grant is known for his strong communication skills, ability to build productive relationships, and a proven record of leading multi-disciplinary teams through organisational change and growth.

    Grant’s hands-on approach to identifying new opportunities, driving participant engagement, and implementing innovative growth initiatives positions the business for sustainable expansion and continued success. SENIOR EMPLOYMENT COACH

  • Janice is a dynamic and passionate Senior Employment Coach at ACDCForYou, bringing extensive frontline nursing and disability case management experience to her role. With a strong background in healthcare, Janice has worked directly with individuals requiring complex care, fostering her ability to understand and support diverse needs. As an experienced Employment Partner, she has honed her skills in guiding individuals through career development and employment pathways. Known for her energetic personality and exceptional mentoring skills, Janice excels at building meaningful connections and fostering confidence in those she supports, helping adults with lived experience of disability unlock their potential and achieve their employment goals. Patrick

MARKETING ADMINISTRATOR + DIGITAL MARKETING COACH

  • Patrick is the Marketing Administrator and Coach for Digital Marketing, Technology, and Payroll at ACDCForYou, where he leverages his expertise to drive innovation and engagement across the organisation. Currently in his final year of a Bachelor of Business with a major in Marketing, Patrick has built a strong foundation in customer service through years of experience in retail and support roles. His practical skills in marketing and digital design are evident in the company’s dynamic brand presence and digital engagement initiatives.

    Beyond leading digital marketing campaigns, Patrick has played a pivotal role in building the company website, establishing social media platforms, and developing the employee intranet. He manages technology training and access for staff, ensuring everyone is equipped to succeed in a digital environment. Additionally, Patrick coaches participants in digital design and media, sharing his knowledge and fostering skill development. Known for his enthusiasm, dedication, and supportive approach, Patrick consistently creates a positive work environment, making him a valued and reliable member of the ACDCForYou team.

Aaron

PRE-EMPLOYMENT EXPERIENCE COACH

  • Aaron is the Pre-Employment Experience Coach responsible for overseeing both the intake and referral processes for new participants, as well as enhancing the overall employee experience within the organisation. With a strong professional background in client services and customer relations, Aaron has developed exceptional skills in relationship management and stakeholder engagement. His career demonstrates a consistent pattern of growth, starting from foundational customer service roles and advancing into specialised positions within the disability sector. This breadth of experience allows Aaron to create welcoming and supportive environments for both participants and employees, ensuring smooth transitions and positive first impressions.

    On a personal level, Aaron brings a unique and empathetic perspective to his role, shaped by his life as a parent of four children, two of whom are NDIS participants. This firsthand experience gives him an intimate understanding of the challenges and opportunities faced by families and individuals navigating the disability system. Additionally, his own journey managing ADHD deepens his commitment to supporting others, ensuring that every participant and employee feels understood, valued, and empowered from their very first interaction.

Angus

DIGITAL MARKETING STAFF AND COACH

  • Introducing Angus, a dynamic Digital Marketing Intern and Coach at ACDCForYou who brings creativity and fresh insight to the team. Having completed his Digital Media Certificate, Angus is skilled in developing engaging content and promoting the business across various digital platforms. His expertise includes managing social media channels, crafting innovative marketing campaigns, and analysing digital performance to maximize audience engagement.

    Angus’s journey to this role was marked by perseverance and resilience. After facing challenges in transitioning from secondary school to the workforce, his determination led him to the right opportunity at ACDCForYou. Now, Angus is making the most of his internship, utilising his digital marketing skills to support the company’s growth and success.

Stephen

  • Stephen is an experienced Pre-Employment Coach at ACDCForYou, bringing more than 30 years of diverse experience across customer service, management, and frontline roles. His professional journey has equipped him with a rare blend of maturity and insight, enabling him to connect with people from all walks of life and understand the unique hurdles they face.

    Stephen’s enthusiasm for helping others shines through in every interaction. He is widely recognised for his compassion and strong work ethic, approached with a genuine desire to see others grow.     With a deep commitment to supporting vulnerable individuals, Stephen provides NDIS participants with practical, hands-on training through ACDCForYou’s tailored learning modules. He approaches each session with patience, encouragement, and adaptability, creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.

PEER PRE-EMPLOYMENT PROGRAM COACH

  • Fraser is a Peer Pre-Employment Coach at ACDCForYou whose personal journey and professional expertise inspire participants in the pre-employment program. Having completed his qualifications in disability and community services, Fraser offers a unique peer perspective, drawing on both lived experience and a deep understanding of the challenges faced by those entering the workforce.

    With a background in extensive frontline customer service, Fraser excels at connecting with people and meeting them where they are. His creativity as a writer and photographer brings a fresh, engaging approach to every session.

    Fraser’s supportive and energetic style helps empower others to discover their strengths and pursue realistic pathways to success. Through sharing his own story and providing practical strategies, he equips NDIS participants not just with job-ready confidence, but with an inspired mindset for achieving meaningful outcomes in life.

Billie

PRE-EMPLOYMENT COACH

  • With over four years of experience in customer service and leadership roles across multiple sectors, Billie brings a wealth of transferable skills to her role as Business Administration Intern. Her strong work ethic, approachable temperament, and dynamic personality align seamlessly with the company’s mission to nurture growth and excellence. Billie is committed to supporting the business operations and participants while completing her Certificate III Individual Support Disability course.

Flynn

MARKETING INTERN

  • Flynn is new to his role as a Marketing Intern, eagerly embracing the opportunity to apply his passion for digital creative design within a professional setting. Although still gaining hands-on experience, Flynn brings a strong foundation of creativity and a fresh perspective that energizes the team.
